Men who have sex at least twice a week can reduce heart disease risk. According toresearch recently conducted a scientist at the New England Research Institute in Massachusetts, United States, which published the American Journal of Cardiology.

Compared with men who have sex only once a month, men who have sex regularly at least two times a week, the threat of heart disease 45 percent
smaller.

The study involved more than a thousand male respondents, aged between 40 and 70 years. During periods of more than 16 years, each man was given a question, in a period of more than 16 years, how often they have sex and then examined whether there are symptoms of heart disease.

The researchers are also considering other risk factors such as age of respondents, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

In its report about their findings, the researchers said that sex benefits associated with physical effects and emotional effects on the body. Men who desire sex more often and are able to do it look more healthy.

A previous study by the National Cancer Institute in the U.S. showed that male ejaculate through sex or masturbation at least five times a week less at risk of contracting prostate cancer.
